Our handmade Lamb, Pea & Rosemary Pie features succulent minced lamb gently cooked with onion in a rich red wine and lamb sauce. Peas are folded into the filling for a touch of freshness. Encased in all-butter shortcrust pastry with a puff pastry lid, and hand-finished with a sprinkle of rosemary.

Pie box orders may be packaged and sent in more than one delivery. Therefore, your orders may arrive separately. Pie box sales are final, non-transferable, and non-refundable.

Preheat your oven to 200°C (180°C fan) or 180°C (160°C fan) from frozen. Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Place the pies evenly on the tray and spray or brush with egg yolk (if applicable). Bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes or 40-45 minutes from frozen until golden. Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before removing from the foil moulds.
