Born and raised in Oldstead, Tommy Banks is a multi award-winning, MICHELIN-starred chef with a lifelong passion for honest, seasonal cooking. Growing up surrounded by the rolling Yorkshire countryside, his love for food was shaped by family, farming and a deep respect for the land – something that continues to inspire everything we do today.
With Tommy’s Pie Shop, Tommy wanted to share the same spirit beyond his restaurants, creating hearty, handcrafted pies that capture the comfort, generosity and flavour of real Yorkshire cooking.
